阳光板主要由PC/PET/PMMA/PP料制作。在物理特性上，耐力板是实心板，阳光板是中空板。阳光板优点是采光、保温于一身，可遮阳挡雨，亦可保温透光，可用于温室大棚、家具雨棚、办公室隔音、室外广告灯箱等等。但缺点也异常明显碰到冰雹、大雪等自然灾祸时，抵抗自然灾难的能力差，使用寿命短、自洁的能力差需要定时清理等。

耐力板是以高性能的工程塑料聚碳酸酯或聚碳-----酸脂加工而成，特性：耐撞击、打不破，其次它的加工性佳、可塑性强、可根据工地现场实际需要，弯曲成拱形、半圆形等式样。表层涂有防紫外线的UV涂层，可防止紫外线照射板材变黄和抗老化，板材耐候性佳、采光性能好（采光率高达88%）。
