合成树脂瓦安装前，屋面结构层、防水层、保温层、找平层已施工完毕并通过验收。铺设合成树脂瓦的找平层施工完后，要及时进行养护，养护时间不得少于14天，并严禁在上面剔凿、压重物，安装前用2m靠尺检测平整度，找平层表面平整度的允许偏差为5mm。
